Cremations:
Please send 1/4 a teaspoon of ashes in a ziplock bag (if you’re ordering more than 4 pieces of jewelry 1/2 a teaspoon will be enough) Please write the name that is associated with the order and the order number on the ziplock bag or on a sticky note that is placed inside the package so we know who the package belongs to. Place baggy inside of an envelope or package to be shipped.
If you don’t have 1/4 of a teaspoon of ashes, you can send what you have.
We strongly suggest mailing your package via USPS with insurance and tracking. USPS requires cremation ashes to be sent with express shipping.
We do not offer international orders and shipping at this time.
We will return all of the unused ashes to you along with your purchased items!

Clothing/Fabric:
Please send a penny-sized (or larger) piece of fabric in a ziplock bag and write the name associated with the order and the order number on the bag.
Any unused fabric will be mailed back to you!
We highly suggest mailing your package via USPS with tracking.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the address to mail your envelope to.

Flowers/Petals:
Please send the petals in a small box. You can get small boxes at places like Walmart, or the post office, or reuse one from around your house!
Please avoid sending your petals in a ziplock bag or envelope as moisture can get trapped during the shipping process and the petals will mold.
Loosely wrap your flower petals in a paper towel to allow airflow to the petals.
Please write the name associated with the order and the order number on a note and put it in the box so we know who the petals belong to.

Please send a few strands or a half penny size amount of hair or fur in a ziplock bag. Please write the name associated with the order and the order number on the ziplock bag.
If you don’t have that much hair, you can just send what you have. Any unused hair will be returned to you!
